By accessing or using APEANIMEMARKETPLACE.IO (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms. 1. Eligibility You represent and warrant that you: (a) are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction; (b) are legally permitted to use the Platform; (c) are not subject to sanctions; and (d) will use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws (including KYC/AML requirements where applicable). 2. Account & Security You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and authentication factors (e.g., email OTP, TOTP). Notify us immediately of any suspected compromise. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to protect users and the Platform. 3. Digital-Asset Risks (No Advice) Digital assets are high-risk. Prices may fluctuate significantly; technology and protocol risks may cause loss. The Platform provides tools and information for informational purposes only—not investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions. 4. Deposits How it works: You send funds on-chain to the platform deposit address shown in your dashboard, then paste the transaction hash (TX hash). Confirmations: Crediting occurs after the required network confirmations and internal checks. Mismatched assets/networks: Sending to the wrong network or contract may result in loss. Always select the correct network + asset. On-chain verification: Amounts are verified against the blockchain. Discrepancies may trigger manual review. Unsupported assets: Transfers of unsupported assets may be irrecoverable. 5. Withdrawals Requests are reviewed and processed subject to risk checks, limits, and fees. Provide the correct destination address; on-chain transactions are irreversible. We may decline or delay withdrawals to comply with law or risk policy. 6. Staking Packages: Each package specifies APY, lock days, min/max amounts, and other parameters. Accrual: Rewards accrue pro-rata based on time and the package APY; calculations are displayed in your dashboard. Completion: At or after the end date, principal + accrued rewards are credited, net of applicable fees. Early cancellation (if allowed): May forfeit part/all of rewards or incur a penalty, per package rules. No guaranteed returns: APY is indicative for the term and not guaranteed against protocol/network events outside our control. 7. Loans (if available) Collateral & LTV: Borrowing terms, rates, and LTV are presented before confirmation. Liquidation: Falling collateral value can trigger partial or full liquidation per the loan policy. Obligations: You must maintain required margins and repay per schedule. 8. Broker / Packages (if available) Broker features may bundle strategies or routing. Fees, eligibility, and risks are displayed before you subscribe. 9. Fees You agree to pay all applicable platform fees and network fees (gas). Fees are shown in the UI before you confirm an action and may change over time. 10. Prohibited Use You must not use the Platform for: (a) unlawful activities; (b) money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion; (c) abuse, fraud, or interference with services; (d) infringing content or IP violations. 11. Compliance; KYC/AML We may request identity or source-of-funds documentation. We may freeze, refuse, or reverse actions to satisfy legal/regulatory obligations. 12. Availability & Changes We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, assets, or networks at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. 13. Intellectual Property All Platform content, trademarks, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform as permitted by these Terms. 14. Third-Party Links & Tools Links to third-party sites (e.g., explorers, wallet providers) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or services. 15. Privacy We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Notice (link or summary). By using the Platform, you consent to data practices consistent with applicable law. Do not submit sensitive personal data unless requested for compliance. 16. Disclaimers The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. 17. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Company Name] and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of platform fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 18.
